Tip: Language support or assistance
Don't speak Dutch, or are you deaf or hard of hearing? Ask for an interpreter or intercultural mediator when booking your appointment — we're happy to arrange this for you.

Good preparation makes for a smooth consultation. Below is an overview of what to bring and how to best prepare for your conversation with your urologist.

You'll follow the same simple check-in procedure at every AZORG campus. We recommend arriving 15 minutes in advance so you can check in without rushing.

Changing or canceling an appointment
Can't make your appointment? Let us know at least 24 hours in advance, online via mynexuzhealth or by phone through our secretariat.
Note: Administrative fee
Didn't show up or canceled too late? If you miss an appointment without giving at least 24 hours' notice, we charge an administrative fee of €25.
